What We Offer

Three ways we can help

Each session is focused on organisation and education only — no individualised advice, no regulated services. Just steady, practical help with your documents.

Quiet Sorting Session

Quiet Sorting Session

A relaxed one-to-one session where we work through your accumulated pension paperwork together, placing documents into clearly labelled categories. You'll leave with a simple storage system you can maintain at home — and a noticeably lighter feeling.

  • Calm, unhurried pace suited to older adults
  • Take-home labelled storage system included
  • No advice on entitlements — strictly organisational

Family Coordination Workshop

Family Coordination Workshop

A supportive workshop bringing family members together around a shared filing plan for an older relative's records. Siblings and carers often arrive holding different pieces of the puzzle — this session helps everyone see the same picture.

  • Coordination checklist for shared reference
  • Structured filing plan for the whole family
  • Purely educational — no advice on entitlements

Records Workflow Advisory

Records Workflow Advisory

Designed for community groups and small employers, this advisory takes an honest look at how pension-related documents are currently handled in-house and suggests practical improvements to the workflow. Written process recommendations are included.

Why Quietharbor

A steady hand through the paperwork

We take the sense of overwhelm out of document management, leaving you with clarity and an organised system you can actually use.

Thoughtful pace

Sessions are planned around the person, not a clock. There is never any pressure to work faster than feels comfortable.

Practical systems

Every session produces something tangible — a labelled folder set, a coordination checklist, or a written process guide you can refer back to.

Family-friendly format

Our family workshop is designed for more than one person to attend, so different family members leave with a shared understanding.

No jargon

We avoid technical language where plain words will do. Every explanation is clear enough that you can repeat it to someone else.

No regulated advice

We are an organisation and education service — not a financial or legal advisory. That distinction keeps sessions genuinely accessible to everyone.

Based in Nakhon Ratchasima

We serve clients across Nakhon Ratchasima province and welcome enquiries from elsewhere in Thailand's northeast region.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, please feel free to contact us directly.

What exactly happens during a Quiet Sorting Session?
You bring your pension-related paperwork — whatever you have accumulated — and we work through it together at a comfortable pace. We group documents into clear categories, discard obvious duplicates where you agree, and set up a simple labelled storage system for you to continue using at home. The session is entirely about organisation, not about telling you what to do with any document.
Do you give advice about pension entitlements or payments?
No. Quietharbor is purely an organisation and process-navigation service. We do not give financial, legal, or benefits advice of any kind. If you need guidance on entitlements or payments, we can point you toward appropriate public resources and government offices, but we do not act as an intermediary for those matters.
How long does a session usually take?
A Quiet Sorting Session typically runs two to three hours, depending on the volume of documents and the pace that suits you. Family Coordination Workshops are usually half-day sessions. The Records Workflow Advisory for organisations begins with a review meeting of around two hours, followed by written recommendations delivered within a week.
Where do sessions take place?
Individual sessions and family workshops are generally held at our office in Nakhon Ratchasima, where we have a calm, private space for this kind of work. If mobility is a consideration, please let us know and we can discuss options. The B2B advisory can be conducted at the client's premises.
What documents should I bring?
Bring whatever pension-related paperwork you have — old statements, correspondence with employers or pension offices, contribution records, or anything else you are unsure what to do with. There is no need to sort anything beforehand. Arriving with a pile is perfectly fine; that is exactly what the session is designed for.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Any documents you share with us remain your property and are treated with discretion. We do not retain copies or transmit your records to any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle any personal data collected through our website or booking process.
How do I pay and what is the cancellation policy?
Payment details are discussed when you book a session. We accept bank transfer and will confirm availability within one to two business days of your enquiry. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else. Full terms are covered in our Terms & Conditions.
