Quietharbor offers the following services:
- Quiet Sorting Session (฿3,500): A one-to-one document sorting session helping an individual organise accumulated paperwork into labelled categories, with a storage system to take home.
- Family Coordination Workshop (฿10,000): A group workshop for families managing shared records, providing a coordination checklist and a filing plan.
- Records Workflow Advisory — B2B (฿29,500): An advisory for community groups or small employers covering document handling workflows, including a written process report.
Service descriptions are for information only and are subject to change. We will confirm the scope of any service with you before it commences.
3. What our services are not
Quietharbor provides document organisation, general information, and process navigation only. Our services do not constitute and must not be understood as:
- Financial advice, investment guidance, or regulated financial services.
- Legal advice, representation, or regulated legal services.
- Professional advice of any kind that requires formal licensing or registration.
- Any form of entitlement assessment or claims assistance.

4. Bookings and payments
Bookings are confirmed once we have received your details and confirmed availability in writing. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline a booking or service engagement at our discretion.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a session will generally be rescheduled without charge.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rebooking fee, which we will discuss with you directly.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time at no additional charge.
6. Use of this website
You may use this website for the purpose of learning about and enquiring about our services. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
