Wanchai Somchai

Nakhon Ratchasima · Sorting Session

"I had two shoeboxes of papers that I had been meaning to sort for years. After the session with Quietharbor, everything was in labelled folders and I knew what was what. Supatra was patient and never made me feel rushed. The summary they sent afterwards was useful too."

Pak Chong · Family Workshop

"My two brothers and I attended the family workshop together to sort through our mother's records. It was helpful to be in the same room and work through things as a group. The checklist they gave us at the end has been referred to several times since. It took slightly longer than I expected but it was worth it."

Pranom Ruangrit

Nakhon Ratchasima · Sorting Session

"My daughter encouraged me to try this after she saw how stressed I was getting about the paperwork. I was not sure what to expect, but the session was genuinely calm. Nothing was rushed, everything was explained clearly, and I left with everything in order. I could not have done that on my own."

Khorat · Family Workshop

"We booked the family workshop after a disagreement between family members about which documents were current and which were outdated. The session helped us work through that together without it becoming an argument. The coordinator was even-handed and made sure everyone could contribute."

Nakhon Ratchasima · B2B Advisory

"We engaged Quietharbor for the records advisory for our community welfare group. The review meeting was thorough and the process suggestions they delivered afterwards were practical and realistic for our small team. We have already implemented most of them. Good value for a small organisation like ours."

Sikhio · Sorting Session

"I found the session extremely helpful. I had documents in Thai and English, some going back twenty years, and I had no idea how to approach them. Quietharbor sorted everything methodically, explained what each category was for, and gave me a clear folder system. I feel much calmer about the whole thing now."

Case Studies

Three situations where we helped

Each situation was different. The need for calm, practical support was the same.

Case Study 1 — Individual Session

A retired teacher in Nakhon Ratchasima with 30 years of records

Challenge

A retired school teacher had accumulated thirty years of pension-related correspondence across three different employers. Documents were in multiple languages, spread across several physical locations at home, and she was unsure which were still relevant.

What we did

A two-and-a-half-hour Quiet Sorting Session. All documents grouped by employer, then by document type within each group. A labelled accordion folder system prepared for take-home use. Outdated duplicates identified for client to discard at her own discretion.

Outcome

From three mixed boxes to one clearly organised folder system in a single session. Client reported being able to locate any specific document within two minutes at a follow-up check three months later.

"Everything is now somewhere I can find it. That sounds simple, but it changed how I feel about the whole subject."
Case Study 2 — Family Workshop

Three adult siblings managing an elderly parent's records from different cities

Challenge

Three adult children — living in Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, and Bangkok — each held different documents relating to their father's pension records. They had different assumptions about what was complete and what was missing.

What we did

A half-day family coordination workshop with all three siblings in attendance. Documents pooled, duplicates removed, gaps identified. A shared coordination checklist created and agreed by all three. A filing plan assigned to the sibling closest to the parent.

Outcome

A single shared reference document with an agreed filing plan and contact list. Family tension around the records reduced noticeably. All three siblings now reference the same coordination checklist rather than working from separate assumptions.

"We went in with three versions of the story and came out with one."
Case Study 3 — B2B Advisory

A community welfare organisation with informal document handling practices

Challenge

A small community welfare group with eight staff members had been handling pension document records on an informal basis for years. Responsibility was unclear, documents were stored in several locations, and handover between staff members was inconsistent.

What we did

A current-state review meeting of approximately ninety minutes with the organisation's office manager. Followed by a written process suggestions document addressing storage, naming conventions, handover procedures, and responsibility assignment.

Outcome

The organisation implemented the storage and handover recommendations within two months. Staff now have a clear understanding of document responsibility. Time spent locating documents during case reviews reduced by an estimated 40%.

"The written report was practical and clearly written. We could act on it straight away."
